You know, sometimes I am lucky enough I get to work with Princess Cruises, I get to travel the world and make these great cocktails and tell the stories in these wonderful destinations. And since obviously, I can't go to the Mexican Riviera right now I can bring it to me in a glass. If you're anything like me, and you are tired of the weather, you don't want to be stuck inside anymore. I think it's time to taste these destinations that Princess can take you to and come join me behind the bar. Okay, so let's experience a Mayan here, shall we? So we take a mixing tin and with it we're going to put in a little jalapeno. This jalapeno. Instead of crushing it really hard with our muddler here, we're gonna give it just one push so you hear a crunch. And that release is that great jalapeno oil makes it a little like luxurious to the spice, but not overly spicy. If you want a real spicy, go right at it. But then we take our lime juice and an agave syrup. You could also do the skinny without it, but we're putting it in here. Now we're going to put in a little orange liqueur in this case contro but you could also use triple sec for it. And then a rep asociado to kill it. If you like silver tequila, that's fine. I've done this for a long time so putting it that a jig is kind of fun there we go. So we have the cocktail prepared and built I think we've made a pretty good money and he but let's let's find out because I'm ready right about now I am so ready. And we do our little jalapeno on top and live and I believe we are ready to enjoy a wonderful beautiful Mayan hate. Cheers love my job.
