setting up your business to run
like clockwork, then let's
assign each challenge to a
position. The first position is
the maxed out CEO, you want to
grow. But you don't have the
bandwidth to do that. Because
you're already working 24/7
There's literally no more time
in the day, your business may be
doing well financially, you're
making sales, you understand
your clients, but you're
currently maxed out with your
time and you can't make any more
money. Because you don't have
any more capacity to give sound
familiar, you've got potential
leads and clients. But maybe
you're even having to say no to
people, because you don't have
any more time in the day to
serve them. Scaling sounds
really amazing. But maybe you're
terrified of that because more
growth currently equals more
time that you don't actually
have. The second position is the
ready to scale CEO. This might
mean you're putting in lots of
effort trying to grow. But the
results don't seem to match up
with the effort. And you can't
really figure out why you want
to grow and scale your business.
But you don't know what you need
more of. In order to do that.
You don't know what you need to
do, you're kind of scared of
what you don't know. And you're
not even sure if you can handle
the growth with the current
systems and capacity that you
have now. So you're working a
lot and not getting all the
results that you might expect.
You may even be afraid to stop
doing certain things, because
you're not really sure which
things are working, and which
aren't. The third position is
the scaling too fast CEO,
you have absolutely no more
time. And you're scaling too
fast as the CEO, you've always
dreamt of building a business
that can scale. But now with all
of the overwhelm and stress,
you're not sure that you want
this dream anymore. And you know
that if you don't get the
systems and the team in place
soon that you won't be able to
maintain the level of excellence
that you currently deliver to
your customers and clients,

your reputation with them and
maintaining consistency as the

cycle. And so without being

things aren't going to continue
to happen on a consistent basis.
You're still the linchpin to
each of those departments
continuing to run and grow. But
like when you solve one problem,
usually the next one pops up and
you're in this kind of cyclical
effect. Like I go out there and
I market and sell and then I
have to go hide and deliver
everything to our customers. And
then I realized I have to pay my
team and I have to go back out
here and sell more things. And
they don't know how I'm going to
do that because I have Haven't
made any money in a while. So
which one of these positions are
you currently experiencing? Are
you currently feeling maxed out?
