  2. Keep them short and sweet: If people have to scroll through a long email, they might not bother reading it all the way through, especially if they don’t feel personally connected to your brand yet. So try keeping emails under 500 words!
  3. Keep it personal: Use real names and images of actual people whenever possible so that your readers feel like they can connect with you as a person and know who they’re buying from—not just some faceless corporation!
  4. Include testimonials: People love hearing about how other people have used your products before them, so include testimonials from happy customers in each email newsletter you send out—you'll be surprised at how many more sales you get when readers feel like they're part of something bigger than just themselves
